We have now introduced Mail 24 for our hosting customers, this is where we check customers mail accounts to deal with any spam/mail issues.

This service is not performed automatically on hosting accounts and customers must contact us via email or in writing to give us permission to access their email accounts. This will allow customers to deal with their business instead of spending time dealing with spam and unwanted mail.

By allowing us to do this service we can also check that customers mail accounts are always working with no errors and that customers are getting the important mail they should.

The services can be done at the following intervals and the price is per domain :-

Monthly – £4.99 per month
Weekly – £9.99 per month
Daily – £14.99 per month
